A
to Zen is a woman-owned business designed around personal and family growth. We are located in the Pierce
School Mall atop the scenic Village of East Davenport, Iowa at 2212 E 12th St, Suite 330.
Owner, Melissa
Maranda, has a Bachelors Degree in Child Development, a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling,
and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is also a Homeschooling Mama. After years of working with
high risk children and families in various therapeutic settings, this site was born out of a desire for something more
to enrich lives in our local community and beyond.
A to Zen's products
are hand selected with the goal of making your life more relaxing and fulfilling. Many of the books on this
site are those which Melissa uses in therapy sessions. We are committed to offering an appealing variety of new
and used Holistic books (self-help, parenting, inspirational, spiritual, health, wellness) as well as Homeschool resources,
Children's books and CD's, Natural products to help you relax, and Handmade global artisan gifts to inspire you.
We strive to offer items of great quality, fairly-priced, as eco-friendly as possible (we
even re-use shipping materials), and relevant to today's family circumstances.
