dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
Soaps, lotions, creams, and eye pillows are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. You may return all other unopened
items purchased at A to Zen Books and Gifts within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the
return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. We will issue you store
credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
